Lambs
Our Name the Lamb Contest closed on May 31, 2021. We appreciate your donations and thank you for participating.
Daffodils were not the only thing appearing on the farm this Spring.
We had four lambs born in April 2021 and two more in May. As promised in our contest, submitted names were selected by Patsy, our resident sheep whisperer, and we asked the winning submitter to meet the lamb for a picture opportunity.
The first lamb has been born! Ewe lamb born to JoJo on Sunday April 11, 2021 weighed in at 15 pounds. Named Piper.
Sarah Fiveash, granddaughter of Sharon Ross of Danville, CA, submitted the name in our contest.
