I hereby, on behalf of my heirs, executors, administrators & assigns, waive, release & hold harmless the City of San Ramon & the San Ramon Historic Foundation, their directors, manager, officers, employees, representatives & agents from any and all claims for damages & for injuries arising from or out of my participation in & travel to & from the Oktoberfest event. I understand that due to the rustic nature of this historic site, special accommodations for areas may not be available. I also agree to present a copy of my dogs current vaccination records at the time of the event in order to be allowed to participate.
